DYVICC Inc. has an opening for a Senior Project Lead Manager at our main office in Hoffman Estates, IL and resource might need to travel to client location as requested by client within U.S.A.
Job Duties & Responsibilities: Â
- Will report directly to a work stream leader and partner with project team members to lead, organize, facilitate, coordinate and implement strategic initiatives to meet group or company goals.Â
- Provide oversight to initiatives and work stream activities within Regulatory and Policy Affairs that are related to business unit analysis, planning, enhancements, process reengineering, process implementation, coordination and assist with various metrics reporting.Â
- Should possess business acumen to anticipate emerging issues, recommend strategies, proactive mitigation, and risk analysis and facilitate independent decisions on matters with business impact.Â
- Manage or facilitate large cross-group projects and lead work stream efforts as necessary.Â
- Lead complex initiatives managing all activities in a project life-cycle such as initiation, planning, executing, controlling, and closing associated with projects that are long-term, line of business wide and medium to high risk, scope and complexity with broad impact.Â
- Act as key participant in project plans and budgets for change management.Â
- Review and initiate complex multi-business and enterprise support operations, organizational systems knowledge and navigation to anticipate change impacts.Â
- Ensure full understanding of project impacts that translate into comprehensive engagement strategies.Â
- Make decisions in end to end project management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end while developing and implementing program and project level processes, procedures and performance metrics.Â
- Demonstrate understanding of policy, methodology and artifact creation that influence and lead change management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.Â
- Collaborate and consult with executive leadership, stakeholders, project leads, executive leadership, sponsors and business partners to clarify and define project requirements,Â
- Manage a team.Â
- Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence success of programs, project performance and prioritization for planning, communications, and engagements across change management.Â
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring full understanding of project impacts and comprehensive engagement.Â
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale and require planning and progression, financial management, status reporting, effective communication and ongoing risk assessment.Â
- Provide vision, direction and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are companywide to support operations using organizational, strategical, institutional knowledge and navigation to anticipate change impacts.Â
- Engage with key stakeholders, executive leadership, project leads, project team, portfolio sponsors and portfolio leaders to promote success of programs and project performance or prioritization.Â
Experience & Knowledge: Â
- 10+ Years’ experience managing medium to large/complex initiatives from initiation through completionÂ
- 10+ Years’ experience creating and implementing strategic initiatives for group-wide business initiativesÂ
- 5+ year’s previous experience in a management consultancy role/function or Business Management role/functionÂ
- Honed communication skills with exceptional ability to negotiate and facilitate collaborationÂ
- Effective leadership ability to drive successful execution of project plans; ability to plan, prioritize and set goals. Must possess a sense of urgency about exceeding the objectives of the roleÂ
- Exhibit an enthusiastic leadership style, driven and results oriented; comfortable working in a partnering environment and sometimes being the leader behind the scenes orchestrating the process.Â

- Expert level experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Visio, Microsoft Project, and SharePointÂ
- 7+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Education: Â
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or Management Information Systems or related field Â
Work Location & Physical Requirements: Â
- This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Â
- The physical demands of the position described herein are essential functions of the job and employees must be able to successfully perform these tasks for extended periods. Â
