DYVICC Inc. has an opening for a Lead data Management Analyst at our main office in Hoffman Estates, IL and resource might need to travel to client location as requested by client within U.S.A.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support key campaign data initiatives for Marketing Execution and Process Excellence.
- Conduct data research and analysis, partner with various business partners to define and document complex data requirements, perform user acceptance testing.
- Organize and lead companywide initiatives to ensure that data quality is maintained so that data can effectively support business processes.
- Oversee analysis and reporting in support of regulatory requirements.
- Identify and recommend analysis of data quality or integrity issues.
- Evaluate data quality metrics and data quality audits to benchmark the state of data quality.
- Adhere to data governance standards and procedures.
- Identify new data sources and develop recommendations for assessing the quality of new data.
- Lead project teams and mentor less experienced staff members.
- Recommend remediation of process or control gaps that align to management strategy.
- Serve as relationship manager for a line of business.
- Consult with and provide recommendations to senior management regarding assessments of the current state of data and metadata quality within area of assigned responsibility.
- Represent client in cross-functional groups to develop companywide data governance strategies.
- Partner with groups and various levels of seniority companywide to coordinate and drive collaboration on solution design and remediation execution.
Experience & Knowledge:
- Strong analytical skills including analyzing complex data.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of data research and analysis.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with data query tools including SQL and/or SAS.
- Experience with data management best practices and disciplines including data governance, data architecture, data quality, analytics and business intelligence.
- Experience with Agile practices and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, etc.) and workflow and collaboration tools, such as Confluence, Jira and Jira Align.
Education:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or Management Information Systems or related field
Work Location & Physical Requirements:
- This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities.
- The physical demands of the position described herein are essential functions of the job and employees must be able to successfully perform these tasks for extended periods.
